It's OVER and gone

GOOD NEWS, my menses was overdue and I waited eagerly for another 2 weeks to see if I'm pregnant. Yes, it's confirmed that I'm pregnant. Appointment was fixed on 15 May 2010, 1 day after my birthday. So excited!!!! The day we had been waiting for.

Seen the gynae and confirmed that I'm 5+ weeks pregnant, still early to see anything, just the sac. Appointment was fixed in 3 weeks times to confirm this pregnancy.

22 May 2010 (Saturday), I noticed that I've some light spotting and decided to rest more as this pregnancy didn't come easy.

On 24 May 2010 (Monday), I just felt that something is not right, went to see the gynae, he has ordered me to rest in bed for the whole week as from the scan, the sac doesn't seem to be growing at the right speed. I was given a hormones jab and did a blood test.

My spotting didn't get better though I've been resting, doing nothing except for laying on the bed or resting on sofa!!! I've called the clinic to make an appointment to see the gynae on Thu (Fri is PH) to check on the blood test result.

Blood test looks positive but scan still didn't show any growth of the sac and no heart beat as yet. Gynae has advised to wait till Mon (which will be exactly 7 weeks) to decide what to do. If it is not growing, I need to remove it. He has warned me, if I noticed something dropped out from my virginal, I need to put in plastic bag, ice packed it back for him to see.

BAD NEWS, looking at the situation, I know that this pregnancy is not going to work. Decided to "release" myself, to eat my heart out this weekend as next week if I were to do the procedure, I wont be able to eat many things.

After dinner, I need to release my bowel. Suddenly I broke into cold sweat and felt an acute pulling in my lower abdominal area, next thing I know is something of a bean-size slipped out from my virginal. Now, I totally understand the pain we always see in movie. I smsed friend whom has similar experience for advice.

To get away from the emotional swing, I went back to office to work the next day!!! Work is a good avenue for me to "unload" my emotion.

Saw my gynae on Monday (31 May 2010), confirmed it's gone. Was given 5 days MC to rest at home and to see him again on Friday.

A short 2-3 weeks of joy and excitment, then I was still debating with my gynae that I want a Jan 2011 baby not Dec 2010. I want to buy the Quinny stroller system, I want to get the Medela Breast Pump from US, I want to use BumWear, send Anya to Childcare from Dec 2010, etc etc.

FINALLY over with the recon work

Phew.....it's a long 4-5 months struggle with the recon. Finally, it's reconciled and resolved now. I hope my work life is back to normal now.

While waiting for his back-filled to come in, I'm unable take leave. I can take leave when he is around BUT from experience, the time he is around is always 1st week or last week of the month where we all cannot take leave. How sad can this be?

I haven't attend SB classes for a long long time, the last probably in Nov 2009!!!Angie has helped me to sign up for SB class at MWL on 25 May 2010 which I've applied leave, HOORAY. After such a long break, it's time for me to pick up my scrapping again. Looking forward to the class.

Last Sat, received a call from Spotlight that QK Epic six has arrived and is while stock lasted. I hurried get change and ready to charge down to get what I had been waiting for. Received another call from them to say that they've made a mistake on the call as there is someone before me for this machine and it's not my turn yet!!! Next shipment will be in 2 weeks time, I got to wait again.

Fingers & toes crossed, hope to share some good news in 2 weeks time. Stay tune.

1st time-out in 2 months

I've slogged and worked my guts out between Mar and Apr 2010, especially so in Mar and decided to take the back seat in Apr.

I was over the sky when my boss told me she'll remove the taking leave curfew immediately as the AR recon will be finalised by this week. As usual, my "beloved" evil buddy took emergency leave on Tuesday when the curfew was lifted!!!!

Last week, I was pretty upset when you told me that you have not watched a movie for a long long time and the last you've watched was Avatar. Since I took leave, we went to watch Toy Story 1 & 2 at Plaza Singapura. I was a little worried that you won't be able to stay still for so long, quite a smart move by the cinema to do a 10min toilet cum snack break in-between the 3hr movie. Guess what, I did a mini 10 minutes shopping during the break and came back to join you in 20 minutes.

I didn't get to use the movie vouchers which I bought during promo again. We shall use it the next time we go since there are cartoon movies coming along the next 2months.

Since we are at Plaza Sing, I went to Spotlight to check on the QK Epix 6, stock is not in yet, I'm getting impatience, when is it coming in?

1st Ballet Exam on 14 Apr 2010 (Wed)

Time flies, you had been in Ballet for over a year. I'm sure you've enjoyed yourself and danced to the fullest over the 1 year. I intend to let you continue with this hobby till a time when time is not enough for you to juggle. Excuse me, I need to admin that I'm a typical KS mummy!!!

Totally amazed by uncle David's magic hands, from got fringe to become no fringe!!! This will also mean I need to keep your fringe long for your next exam in 1 year's time.

Hmmm been a while since I last blogged. This means that I had been tied-down by that damn recon work till now. Had been doing the recon for the last 2½ years, only 3 weeks ago then I was told/taught how to do it. All these while, these was wrongly completed!!! Big THANKS to my so-called buddy whom should have shared the knowledge with me, did I say share? Don't think I've learnt any from him. He is ruining the whole team's performance. How I wish he can be more "automatic" gear? When will the day come? When can he wake up his idea? Will he wake up?

SURVIVOR???

Last Sat, we went to Jurong Point to trade-in my N85 for the famous & much talked about iphone. I've a HARD HARD time adjusting this new gadget. So far so BAD, lost majority of my contacts as my N85 is not "talking" to my SIM card. I'm trying to build up my contacts again, still trying.....

Last night, I didn't sleep well cause I was terribly upset by the reply emails from her. I've planned to do some work, after reading that 2 emails, I just shut down and tears rowed down in automatic gear. Does she has feeling when she wrote those emails? or should I say, do I consider her a human and a WOMAN? How could such words come out from her mouth?

Today is Tue, I went over to TPY for meeting. As usual, we do not waste our time while driving back to Tuas, I've a close heart-to-heart conversation with my new boss. Frankly, I told her I'm finding my way out, I know my tolerance level will be up soon. She can see the unnecessary tension that had fallen on me, she has requested for time to bridge the gaps between her & me and bring his standard up to be aligned with ours.

I hope I can survive through this ordeal, it's just get tougher as the days go.

Last weekend, CCSB has their usual yearly Sales Conference at Batam, Harris Resort. This year, many non-sales functions were invited to the event. I've opted to stay over as I feel the cream of the event is the dinner. We have dinner by the pool.

I was warned that I'll be threw into pool after the dinner, I got myself fully-geared in bikini. kekeke.

We have great fun getting wet and got whoever we can into the pool. A few iphone were "injured" during this play.

They get to see the other side of me, I got myself wet, drink, smoke, tattoo, played my heart out. Whatever a usual finance person DON'T do, I did them all!!! After all, finance person is a normal human being too.

From this event, I also see the different sides of others too.
